Steve is a regular in the Adelaide Comedy scene and creator of small-scale comedic theatre works for festivals including Steve Sheehan’s Tristan and Isolde (2015 Adelaide Cabaret Festival),  Stevl and his Translator Fatima (2010 Adelaide Fringe Comedy Award) and Not a Nativity Play (work for shop window commissioned for 2013 Adelaide Fringe), Fill the Earth (in association with Insite Arts, Illuminate Festival 2024), Once Upon a Jar (in association with Patch Theatre Company), DreamBig Festival 2025.
